AW07                                   The challenging and rare floorplan of the in 1990s built house in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg has been transformed into a modernist estate with a beautiful garden. The design proposal removes unsympathetic separations and creates open-plan living spaces. In order to brighten up the living-room area, kitchen and entry a lightweight and playful Terrazzo floor has been created and installed from scratch, accompanied by a large picture window in the kitchen and full-height sliding timber doors in the dining area.
